There was essentially nothing positive; it was not a pleasant experience. We were treated very unfriendly, the ads looked better than reality, a 45‑euro fee was charged for the sauna and spa, the room was in the basement, and it was not a relaxing stay.

A short stay was quite acceptable, the pool water quality was excellent. The resort feels a bit dated and breakfast was very sparse.

We were always welcomed warmly, the luxury room was very pleasant, and the staff were attentive; we thank the team and Anna for their professionalism and will return. The only issue was the breakfast selection; if you have a special request, ask Anna and she will meet your needs.

Ho soggiornato soltanto per 1 notte e mi sono trovato benissimo. La Struttura è ben tenuta ed il personale è accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo Pulizia ottima Ho avuto modo di prenotare anche un percorso spa e sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio. Sicuramente tornerò
