The central location and the new building were great.

Pepa was amazing! The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. We had a problem and he handled it very well. The location is excellent near Via Toledo and the apartment was pleasant, divided into rooms with a shared kitchen. Thanks, Pepa ❤️🙏

The property is great, just a few steps from the very central Via Toledo and the nearby metro stop. Hosts Carmen and Peppe are super helpful, friendly, and truly attentive to every need. The cleaning lady I met one morning was also very kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-lit, recently renovated, clean, and well maintained. From the property you can easily walk to most of Naples’ attractions such as Galleria Umberto I, Piazza del Plebiscito, the seafront, etc., as well as many excellent restaurants and pizzerias. Highly recommended.

The place is amazing with the great host Peppe, who’s been hospitable, friendly and helpful even before we arrived, and incredibly lovely in person! The facilities match the description and photos. We stayed 3 days/4 nights in the room with yellow curtains. It was spacious for two people, the wardrobe was good, and it was in the same area as the table—nice because it wasn’t mixed with the bedroom area. The bathroom was very spacious, which is especially important for me—and rare in some other Italian properties. Shower gels, shampoos, water, snacks, coffee capsules, and towels were replaced and replenished daily. Lots of tea in the kitchen. Fridge in the room and in the kitchen. The place is super neat and nice, located downtown, within walking distance of museums, main streets, shops, and the embarkment. Lots of cafés, trattorias, bars, and restaurants around. It’s my second time in Naples, and I’ll make sure to stay at Napoli Maison again when I return.
