“Hotel location is perfect but the service is not up to the mark”

This hotel was a real gem, with a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me sorted out. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy. The only downside was the food - I was really looking forward to trying the hotel's restaurant, but unfortunately, the meals were pretty overpriced and not that great.

“You need improvement or change”

The room was spacious, which was a definite plus, but unfortunately, that's where the good things ended. The bed was uncomfortable, the blanket was thin, and the bathroom was in desperate need of renovation. The balcony had a great view, but it was also dirty and had a weird smell. To top it all off, the staff and the reception man were incredibly rude and tried to charge us extra for everything, which was really frustrating.

“Bad”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that the hotel's location was completely off from what was shown on the booking map. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that the room's washroom was in a pretty bad state - it was dirty and needed a good clean. To make matters worse, the locals seemed completely unaware of the hotel's existence, which made it hard to get any help or directions.
