The location is fabulous, and the originality of the rooms is also great. The downside: at breakfast time Instagrammers come to take photos at the café, which is only moderately pleasant when you want to enjoy a quiet morning. The managers are very professional. The staff are not at all professional, very few smiles, a certain indifference emanates… On the positive side, when we mentioned it to the managers, it was taken into account.

Everything about this stay was amazing! The staff are so nice and kind, and their English is very good, which is nice as well. The tent/bungalow was very new, clean and provided us with everything we needed. The restaurant/cafe is amazing, with great views and delicious food!! Absolutely our best stay in Vietnam!

I can’t believe the place was as nice as the pictures. The views are breathtaking and ones I’ll remember forever. I want to go back already!. They didn’t have the two beds as requested but were able to accommodate anyways

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Phansi. Loved being in nature and the staff were amazing. Such a perfect location to unwind and relax. Superb views
