The place is close to the bus station and the room feels modern with a good shower, yet the studio is very small and cramped; security codes were used but the overall area didn't feel safe, there’s no nearby dining, so I wouldn’t stay there alone as a woman; plus I spotted rats on the grounds and on the street, evidence of rat activity outside the building.
