Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Park Inn & Suites by Radisson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, and the overall hospitality was excellent. A special shout‑out to Mr. Jinto, the Sales Manager, who was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the booking process. He made reserving the room effortless and was always ready to answer any questions. His warm and welcoming attitude made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay with good service and wonderful staff. Highly recommended! ❤️

“Ein Weltklasse Hotel mit einem besonders freundlichen Personal”

We travel a lot and can make good comparisons; this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. Everything matched our expectations: the courteous and incredibly friendly service, the size of the rooms, the breakfast buffet, the in‑house restaurant offering excellent South‑Indian cuisine, and the chef himself who cares about guests and personalises service. The hotel is also beautifully designed with art themed around Kerala. When we next visit Thrissur, we’ll stay here again. The location is very good, being close to the center with many shops. Everything was perfect.

“Good hotel in the heart of thrissur city”

It’s a new hotel in the city center. The staff are young, not very experienced but committed. The location is ideal for everything. Families can get interconnected rooms, which is perfect. Nothing to complain about, the place is excellent.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the new building was well maintained, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the beds were very comfortable. However, the carpet in the corridors and in my room felt unclean, and a strong kitchen odor seeped into the room from outside.

I found the stay acceptable, though the breakfast selection felt sparse compared to other hotels of the same star rating. As someone who usually stays in five‑star properties, I booked this four‑star place, yet the final bill added eighteen percent GST instead of the expected five percent for lower‑star venues, and the towels in the bathroom weren’t refreshed often enough.
