Having a bathtub in the room was a nice touch, and although the place isn’t brand‑new, parts of it have been refreshed and the breakfast and dinner were decent enough to feel reasonably priced. I think guests who need an elevator—like wheelchair users or people with strollers—might run into trouble because there didn’t seem to be one at the entrance; perhaps an elevator exists somewhere I missed.

The inn felt a bit dated, but we loved the private onsen and enjoyed the two evenings we dined there – the food was really tasty and plentiful. A bit of updating would be nice, even though everything else was very comfortable.
