The place is truly beautiful, the view is phenomenal, and the room ‘Tour de Dinant’ is very nice; however, the restaurant was not available.

The place has a gorgeous spot and a stylish renovation, but the customer service was awful and the communication felt unprofessional.

The castle was restored to a rare level of beauty, with meticulous attention to detail, yet the room only had a curtain separating the toilet, shower, and bedroom, which was completely incomprehensible.

Anita at reception was an absolute lifesaver, and most of the staff were excellent; the rooms are beautiful, the setting is magical, and even with an on‑site hunting and fishing fair they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bathroom water wasn’t hot at first, but they fixed it later that evening.
Everything was just fine, but there was no elevator.
