The hotel’s location was great, with many cafés and restaurants nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful, we stayed in a lagoon‑access room that was nice and quiet, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options.

We were welcomed by the staff right at check‑in, and DITA was superb—attentive to our needs and ensured everything was fine. We stayed in a suite, so the room was spacious with a king‑size bed and an additional single bed for our needs. The hotel sits at the center of many nice cafés and restaurants, very convenient. Breakfast was great too!

Everything was very comfortable, the place was tidy, the breakfast was consistently good, it was a top spot for us, and the value really outshone the price.

The rooms were spotless and the location was fantastic—within walking distance to a whole array of cafés, shops, and restaurants in Canggu. The reception team were incredibly sweet and friendly, a big shout‑out to them! I loved my stay here and would definitely return. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful experience.
