It’s located right in the center, close to everything, and the neighboring house has a great family restaurant called NICE. The host and neighbors are very pleasant and always ready to help. The apartment has everything you need, and overall I liked everything. The only drawback is that the apartment is small—adequate for two but a bit cramped for three or four, though it didn’t bother us.

Everything was great 👍—exactly as on the photos. The location is superb, with all major sights within walking distance, and nearby you’ll find places to eat and stroll. The host welcomed us like family, met us at midnight for our late arrival, and explained everything nearby and how to get around. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

We stayed here and were absolutely thrilled! The spot is fantastic: the old district gives the whole city vibe, and everything cool is right nearby. The room was super comfy, spotless, and had every little thing you’d need to feel at home. Big shout‑out to the host – she’s a wonderful, warm soul! She was always reachable, welcomed us like family, and wrapped us in genuine Georgian hospitality. Wishing your place huge success and prosperity! Definitely recommend it!
