The room is spacious and very clean, with a private balcony surrounded by trees and birds. The kitchen is well equipped, including a fridge. Occasionally, women arrive in the morning selling freshly caught fish that you can cook into a wonderful meal in this tidy kitchen. Mostly Indian guests gather in the spacious dining area upstairs for a pleasant chat. Nothing else. The property is within walking distance to Aberdeen Bazaar, but the walk is not very pleasant due to noisy and aggressive traffic—the typical Indian driving style—so it’s better to rent a scooter and join the chaotic race.

The host was incredibly gentle and polite, making us feel welcomed; the only downside was the lack of a nearby grocery shop, but the property’s kitchen was sufficient.
