“Poor customer service”

Don't know never stepped foot in the place. Despite suffering a serious medical condition 6 weeks before, the hotel would not reimburse the full payment I had made. I bet they resold that room on a hope I didn't show up

The innkeeper was awesome and the neighborhood is great for walking and spotting historic homes, though the TV remotes were a hassle, making me avoid TV.

I had an amazing stay with no issues at all - everything was perfect. The experience was truly great, and I didn't encounter any problems during my visit. Overall, it was a wonderful time.

“I had a really nice relaxing night. The Green Room had a very nice jacuzzi tub, and the bed and sheets were very comfort”

My stay was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with a wonderfully quiet atmosphere that allowed me to get a really good night's sleep. It was a great time, and I appreciated the serene environment. I didn't have any issues or complaints.
