“Frozen in the bedroom, sand, blankets, broken thermostat, broken phone, broken remote no wake up call service due to bro”

I chose this place because of its proximity to Methodist Hospital, but the discount code I was told about online didn’t exist; the remote didn’t turn on the TV, the phone was dead with no dial tone, the thermostat was stuck at 60 and wouldn’t adjust, I couldn’t even get the fan to low, and after three trips down the hallway I still couldn’t get wake‑up service because the phone was unusable.

The breakfast wasn’t worth the money; the selection was too limited and the steamer food tasted pretty bland.

“The room was comfortable to stay but not the shower.”

The place was clean and comfortable enough for a slightly longer stay, but the shower water setting was off—cold water never came through even when I pushed the dial to the cold side, and the front desk seemed unwilling to fix it.
