The venue is nice and quiet, and staff member Christina is very kind and helpful. They serve a simple breakfast and there’s a pool where we could swim for a few minutes. However, reaching the resort and your room requires walking down a significant number of steps, which can be tough for those with mobility problems. Also, the location is confusing on Google Maps, so it’s better to ask the subdivision’s security guard for directions.

The three ladies who run the place day‑to‑day are absolutely awesome, but the hotel sits on a steep hill and when it’s not busy the selection of food and drinks is limited.

My stay was a mixed bag - I absolutely loved the hotel's location, friendly staff, and delicious food, plus the design and peaceful atmosphere were top-notch. However, I personally found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, which was a drawback for me. Overall, though, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with the stunning view and exceptional customer service really standing out - the staff were incredibly chill and nice. I didn't have any issues or complaints, everything was great and I felt really looked after.
