The location and comfort were good, but the staff didn’t allow us to store our bags as the reservation said, and we had to pay an extra 4,000¥ to keep them in a locker outside the room.

The shower area had a curtain so I could hang my clothes outside and step on a clean mat while changing, which was lovely.

It’s super close to the airport counter, but the only place to eat is outside.

Good location at the airport, clean showers and toilets, locker space for bags. Uncomfortable bed and pillow, it was too hot inside the capsule, noise from other guests can be heard very easily, inconvenient check-in/out because the total staying time is 9 hours
