The breakfast was excellent and the shower was great.

The shower and tap were dripping, there were small cockroaches in the room, some sheets and pillowcases were stained, housekeepers made a huge noise in the corridor and even entered the super deluxe room without knocking, coffee was mediocre to bad, they don't provide extra sheets, and the shower had no cold water, so the bath was scalding.
