“Affordable, beautiful and quiet for a vacation stay!”

The property and chalet were beautiful and clean, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked how it was an easy, direct walk to the beach, and there is a shop across the street that had the largest baleadas I have ever seen, and they were so good! The A/C in the living room wasn’t working and my dad was staying in that room, but they accommodated us for the night and moved him to another room until it got fixed the next morning, and they compensated us for the hassle, which was great customer service. There could also be more breakfast options, but what they had each day for breakfast was really yummy!

“Nice setting and comfortable rooms”

Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed; the AC was fantastic, which is a big deal in Roatan in August. The breakfasts were delicious, and the bird life was divine. The manager was helpful and the attached restaurant Kristi’s was excellent. We were worried to see caged parrots and some turtles in a cement pool with no plants, and the traffic noise from the street was very loud at times.

“J’y retournerais sans hésiter!”

The location, cleanliness, included breakfast, and the water jug available in the accommodation were all great. We did not receive the accommodation we had booked; instead, we got a condo on the other side of the street from the hotel. We had less of the site’s ambiance, with the vegetation, animals, and pool, which is why I chose this place. However, we were a bit closer to the beach and had a lot of space in the condo.

The location is close to the beach, but the customer service is poor and the facilities are in regular condition.

“Hôtel avec un beau jardin et des animaux ♥️”

The pool, the location, the owner is very kind, the animals at the hotel ♥️, and our bungalow was great. However, the waitresses at breakfast made us feel unwelcomed, were not very friendly, and were too abrupt; the breakfast quality offered very few options.
