The location was perfect for us. We were able to easily walk into the hustle and bustle of the historic centre but we were far enough away to feel like we were in a real neighbourhood with fewer other tourists. Great cafe across the street for coffee and a pastry in the morning and a supermarket in the next block to get a few items to have in our room. We were able to find free street parking nearby -- you might have to walk a few blocks. A short walk to beautiful sea views. Francesca was lovely and really responsive and gracious. The AC worked well. The bed was comfortable, the room was large and well equipped with outlets on both sides of the bed. The bathroom was also well-equipped with toilet, shower, sink, bidet and hairdryer. Good hot water. There is a common area with a kitchen -- each room has a shelf in the fridge, which is handy for buying groceries or snacks. There is an espresso machine in the common area and packets of coffee to use in it in the bedrooms. The common area also has marked areas for recycling different kinds of waste. 1. The common area is missing forks/spoons and bowls/plates. We found one knife, paper towels and mugs. Not a big deal but it made it hard to eat yogurt! 2. The room had a musty/mildewy smell, despite the window being open when we arrived. You forget about it within minutes of being in the room so it's not a big deal. We really appreciate that they did *not* use air fresheners to mask the smell as we are very sensitive to synthetic scents

The property was very clean, extremely close to Alghero’s historic centre and easily reachable on foot. The rooms were well‑organized and the common areas were arranged nicely. Francesca, the owner, was very kind and accommodating to every request. A supermarket next to the property is open daily, stocked with groceries, and convenient for any purchase.

The room was large and clean, the common area had everything needed, and the outdoor space was lovely and useful for drying clothes after beach days. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended, especially for the convenient location to reach the centre. The only downside was that towels were changed every three days.

You’re fifteen minutes from the centre; the room was small but clean. Finding parking was almost miraculous. The room we had was more suited to a backpacker than someone with luggage—there was no clear place to store items. Additionally, when I turned on the bathroom light at night, the frosted glass blinds woke the other guest. We were on the first floor with a window overlooking a quiet street. A larger drying rack would have been handy.
