The service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, everything else was fine; the beds felt a bit stiff for me, the comforter wasn’t as soft as I’d liked, but the sheets were fine for a warm evening.

My stay at this hotel was a letdown from start to finish. On the bright side, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the room itself was a different story. The bathroom had holes in the wall above the shower head that were patched with clear tape, and the ceiling tiles were rotted and looked like they had black mold on them. The whole room had a musty smell, and the website's claims of a continental breakfast and hot tub were greatly exaggerated.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the front staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room itself was a dust collector's paradise. I was told that the carpet had been newly installed, but there was at least an inch of dust on the floor behind the bed. The headboards and walls were also covered in a thick layer of dust, and the air conditioning unit was leaking cold air into the room, which couldn't be adjusted.
