The property is fantastic with a pool and saunas. We booked half‑board and the dinner was excellent again. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide selection. The only thing to consider is upgrading the coffee machines; the supplied filtered coffee in pre‑filled warm‑holding kettles doesn’t match the hotel’s standard. The staff did bring cappuccino or espresso on request. The only suggestion for the bath cap: instead of piles of packaged plastic caps, the hotel could offer a branded cap for a fee or as a guest gift, which would also serve as a nice souvenir from a memorable stay at this exceptional hotel.

The hotel offers many services and the staff stands out for courtesy and friendliness. The property is very elegant and features several comfortable common areas, including a smoking room near the bar with ample ashtrays and tasteful sofas, ideal for relaxing with a drink. There’s also a billiards room and one with a large screen. The furnishings are lavish and the abundance and quality of the carpets in the hall areas are striking. The carpeting on the floors is beautiful and well maintained. My room matched the hotel’s elegance, with a very comfortable bed and many equally comfortable pillows. The shower was spacious and the balcony small but pleasant. I appreciated the pools, equipped with many hydro‑massage zones (I counted more than 20), and the surrounding park, which promotes tranquility and relaxation. The poolside bar staff were wonderfully courteous. The SPA area (the “inferno” zone) features a Turkish bath and two types of saunas, plus various showers with different characteristics (the “dry” cold water shower is very pleasant, ideal after the Finnish sauna). Overall, I found these services very efficient. I thank the hotel staff for the experience they gave me. I will definitely return.
