Die Lage war super für unser Vorhaben. War eine tolle erste Erfahrung auf einem Hausboot. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder. Die offshore Toilette

A modern and cozy houseboat with a lovely sun terrace and a sun deck on top of the boat; the beach and the city are both easily reachable on foot. However, neither the terrace nor the sun deck had any shade—no umbrella or sail.

A very beautiful boat, tastefully decorated, where we slept well and could watch waterbirds (gannets) fighting while eating outside. A large shopping centre is just a five‑minute drive away and the old town is five minutes on foot. Dog owners can stroll nicely by the lake, which is also close (five minutes). We will definitely return! During the day it can get a bit noisy because the boat is in a small harbor, but it calms down in the afternoon. If you’re always on the move, you won’t get much.

The accommodation is great, very comfortable, and the location is quiet. Getting in is a bit tricky because you have to use ladders to bring bags into the marina; the parking is a few minutes walk away. Some of the other boat owners were a bit abrasive and not very welcoming to someone from another country just visiting for a break.

Lovely location in the marina. I couldn’t park in the secure area as advertised, so I had to park on the road a short distance from the houseboat. The main issue was that, due to a plumbing problem, I had no running water for two days.
