Hotel Boutique Las Cortes De Cádiz

I was shocked to discover that this place isn’t a boutique hotel at all; the room we got looks like it’s from the 1940s or 1950s, and the photos for that type of room only partially match what we saw. The bathroom is completely different from any pictures on Booking, missing even a toilet brush, and the overall cleaning was disappointing. I pointed this out to the front desk staff, who replied that she wasn’t obliged to know which photos were on Booking and that if we didn’t like it, it was our problem. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, hard and slanted outward on both sides. Overall, the price was outrageous for a room that isn’t even worthy of a hostel, and the bathroom was a nightmare – see the photos. 🤢
