I found the place perfectly positioned between Matera, Bari, and several charming villages, and it’s a small old village surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The entire building has been completely renovated, giving a nostalgic feel while still offering modern comforts. Giuseppe was a genius with his attentive and accommodating service.

Very central, with everything you need, and restaurants right next door without needing a car. We caught a music festival happening right in the centre, so we enjoyed live music and local food tastings. The location, the room, and the very comfortable bed were all great.

The spot is great, free parking around town, the apartment is roomy and spotless, but I wish there’d been a sponge for rinsing mugs and glasses.
