The place was clean and convenient, but they forgot to provide shower caps, bottled water, slippers, and robes.

The Front Desk team was outstanding, and the room and bathroom were spotless; the location near Nashville was ideal. However, the bed was absurdly high, so the step stool they offered was essential—trying to navigate it in the dark felt risky.

The hotel’s spot on the road made driving a breeze, with free parking on site and easy highway access without the usual traffic noise. The staff were friendly, even the manager on duty that day. We arrived at 13:30, but the room wasn’t ready because of internet/system glitches, so the front desk checked us in at 14:30 and was very accommodating. Although the official check‑in is 16:00, we had requested early check‑in during the reservation and they obliged without guarantees. The king‑bed room had a small sofa area, was very clean, and the bathroom had limited toiletries—just a few soap and shampoo options, but that didn’t bother us. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room, but our phones with data worked fine, so it didn’t affect our vacation. Breakfast was decent but not spectacular; the same items were served on both mornings. Compared to other hotels across the US and abroad, this was a solid choice. The hotel is about a 15‑minute drive to downtown Nashville during non‑rush hours, and the price was a great value since we had a car and avoided downtown parking fees. Brentwood is a clean, quiet community, and the hotel area looks nice.
