The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Maria, and the 24‑hour service lived up to its promise; I’d definitely recommend it 😊

The views were stunning, the place was nice, clean, and full of good people and vibes; I loved being able to walk to many spots like the shopping center and the arch, close to the water and public transport, and it was very nice for the price. Warning: it sits on top of a hill in a closed area and you’ll have to carry all your stuff up through pretty but old and uneven streets.

The location is fantastic—almost every spot is within walking distance, and there are many stops and stations nearby. The climate and the very friendly staff are a huge plus. The view from the hostel is better than many viewpoints, and our room with a bathroom was very clean, with a very spacious bathroom.

The rooftop view and helpful staff are great, and the central location is convenient, but the stairs are tough when you have luggage.
