The rooms were small but cozy with warm lighting; however, there was no room service or cleaning during our 4‑night stay, the staff just sat on the stairs, the receptionist was rude, and couples were not mentioned in the listing or prior phone call, making the staff a disgrace; the rooms were really tiny, with the bed filling the whole space.
