I never liked anything about this place; the staff scanned my DNI without asking, then claimed it was deleted when I said it was illegal, yet they didn't provide the required police data. Cameras were everywhere, and the worst part was the awful smell—hallways, room, and pillows all smelled of stale tobacco. The sheets had a blood stain, and one towel was marked with bleach.

The rooms were terrible, filthy, with no hot water, a TV without antenna, and Wi‑Fi that never worked; it was a disaster from 6 pm onward, waiting for maintenance that never showed up.

I found nothing that pleased me; the hotel is under renovation and lacks a proper hotel image, the room décor is poor, and the beds and mattresses are uncomfortable—overall it needs a lot of improvement.

This hotel fails basic hygiene standards. We booked five rooms and each had a problem: no hot water, curtains hanging off rails, one room smelled of tobacco, sheets were dirty and had hair, another had a broken air conditioner. We were placed in a semi‑basement without an elevator, and no front desk staff were available all afternoon to address complaints. When I asked for the complaint sheet the next morning, they didn’t have one and just gave me a phone number to complain. It was a complete fiasco—DON’T GO.
