The bathroom was renovated, definitely a 4‑star. It smelled terribly like food, I woke up to the scent of fried food, the handles squeaked, the iron chairs on the balcony had no cushions, and you couldn’t sit and look at the mountains because the neighbors’ noise was as loud as if you were in your own room.

We stayed with my mom and 5‑year‑old son. The room was comfortable, cozy, and reasonably clean. The staff were very polite and pleasant, always quick to respond to requests, and would suggest places to walk and how to get around. The location is good, 5 minutes to the station. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is always clean and heated. Breakfasts are tasty, filling, and varied (though keep in mind they may be more suitable for lunch). On hot days the air‑conditioning was insufficient, and with windows open insects entered the room because there is no protective net. It would be nice to have bottled drinking water in the room, at least 1‑2 bottles.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, the room was comfortable with a high‑quality bed, clean and cozy. Everything needed was provided—shampoo, clothing and shoe brushes, a water cooler, and tasty breakfasts. The location was perfect, and it’s a place I’d love to return to. 🤗

The location is great and the breakfasts are filling. The kitchen staff were polite, the grounds were well maintained and the pool was warm. The interior design is very nice. On the downside, the room had a separate bathroom in the hallway, and the doors slammed loudly every time someone entered or exited; a door strap or professional advice might help. The double bed was too loose, making it uncomfortable to sleep and I had to place a board under my back. Our last night was a total sleep‑deprivation ordeal: at 5:46 a.m. we were on a train, people arriving on the floor above at midnight were throwing things on the floor and running, then falling down the stairs; with no staff present at night, there was no one to intervene—this should be reviewed.

I have to highlight the incredibly wonderful work of the staff—truly great people who helped us a lot when we checked out; the service level was top‑tier, sorry for the pun, the rooms were clean, the pool was lovely even if small and it’s heated, although the rooms are a bit compact and the concept of separate personal bathrooms is a little confusing, which isn’t really a drawback, just a note.
