I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day. The only thing that would have made my stay even better was if they had offered a slightly later check-out time, but overall I was thoroughly impressed.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, being close to the event I was attending in town. However, I did encounter some issues when my initial booking was canceled, forcing me to stop and rebook on my way there, which was frustrating and caused some inconvenience. Thankfully, I was able to secure a new room and still had a pleasant stay.

My stay at this hotel was marred by some disappointing experiences, particularly with regards to the check-out time and the staff's behavior. While the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, I was unhappy with the 10:00 check-out time, especially considering the hotel's small size. Additionally, I was startled when a staff member tried to enter my room at 9:20, and the key cards stopped working before the check-out time, which added to my frustration.

The hotel's proximity to the event we were attending in town was a major plus, making it an ideal choice for us. However, we did encounter some technical difficulties with the TV in our room, which was disappointing. Despite not seeking assistance, we still managed to have a decent stay, but it would have been nice to have a working TV.
