Valentina, the owner, was extremely kind! She upgraded our room for our honeymoon, giving us a lovely room with a balcony. The hotel sits in a great spot, away from the busiest tourist areas, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning was an amazing amenity and the bathroom was spacious. I liked that you could check in on your own with a code if you arrived extra early or late.

We loved the location, right in the heart of Venice, within walking distance of the main squares and attractions. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast spot was perfect too. We loved everything.

The location is great and the staff is exceptional—everybody is so sweet and accommodating! We upgraded to a bigger room for free, and the room was so cute, though the bed could have been more comfortable. If you’re tall or big, the shower might be a bit tight, but anyone under 6ft should be fine. We stayed during a heat wave, and the AC did the best it could. I’d stay there again!

The hospitality and welcome from the hosts were outstanding, and the location is excellent between the bus/train terminal and San Marcos.
