I had Booked the executive suite room, it was neat and clean. Room service was also good. Staff is humble and polite. Definitely would book again on next visit

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a decent property, meeting the standards of Gondia. However, I did notice a few bothersome issues, such as the unpleasant smell from the sofas in my room and the subpar quality of the extra mattress provided for the third person. Additionally, the breakfast felt a bit stale. Overall, it was an average stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but I did find the food to be a bit too spicy for my taste. I wish they could offer less spicy options, as it would have made my experience even better.

Unfortunately, my initial room had some major issues - the bathroom wasn't clean and had a strong unpleasant odor. I had to request a room change, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
