I liked the two‑storey room with a pool, but we didn’t actually swim in it because the water was cool. The hotel is very quiet, mostly filled with retirees. We left two sports suits in the wardrobe when we checked out, called the hotel that evening to ask for them, and they said to call the next day. We called and wrote for a week, and they kept saying they’d look again but never found them. In the end they told us the suits were gone. It’s very confusing and unacceptable that a five‑star hotel wouldn’t return our belongings.
