The staff were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings of the hotel – pure business area – I didn't like at all. Unfortunately the hotel is old, although partly renovated. For 2 to 3 days it's okay!

Good and satisfactory, calm surroundings. A bit more cozy in the room, missing coffee and tea facilities in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. However, when we arrived there was no water in the evening, and the next morning only cold water was available. The shower was in need of repair, with no or hanging shelves, a heavily calcified shower head, and water spraying all over the bathroom because there was no shower partition. The bed was also far too soft and the frame was very unstable.
