The ambience was good. The room was not at all clean, the washroom wasn’t cleaned even after we told them, and overall cleanliness in the room was bad. Worst experience.

This hotel had its ups and downs, but the good definitely outweighed the bad. The rooms were super comfy - I loved the plush beds and soft pillows. The food, on the other hand, was absolutely mouth-watering. I had some of the best breakfasts of my life here, and the dinner options were just as impressive. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, but it wasn't too bad and didn't ruin my stay.
