The room felt cool, blandly furnished, and not very inviting. The floor was uncomfortably cold without a rug. The blinds could not be opened, making the room very dark. Overall, there was no cozy atmosphere. There was a kettle, but only herbal tea was available – no coffee or black tea. All in all, nothing special. In my opinion, the price was too high for the comfort offered, and the value for money did not convince me.

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, close to public transport, a park and a garage. The room was nice, cosy, the staff welcoming, and the window offered a nice view. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast, and we would rather skip it next time and eat somewhere else. Also the floors were extremely cold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s proximity to the U-Bahn and a tram stop made commuting convenient.

The hotel sits just 3 minutes on foot from Westbahnhof and only 5 minutes to Mariahilferstr, which made getting around a breeze.
