The staff were very friendly, everything was extremely clean and the food was also well varied. Nothing else.

The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. Even though it’s not a kids’ hotel, it was still pleasant to have children there. The room was a bit small, but for the time spent in it it was long enough.

The hotel and its surroundings (pool, beach) are cleaned regularly. Everyone from the cleaning crew to the waiters is friendly, helpful, and smiling. The food selection is generous. We were a bit disappointed with the hotel. We chose it for a honeymoon. Upon arrival they told us that, according to their records, we still owed 80 €. We had paid the full amount through Booking. The receptionist said she would ask her boss. In the end we didn’t have to pay extra, but the whole thing was unpleasant. We also informed the hotel that we were honeymooners. They wrote that they would do everything to make the holiday unforgettable. Compared to that, we received no extra attention, even though we saw other guests who were also celebrating (birthday, anniversary) have their tables nicely decorated at the dinner. We also saw that a small fruit bowl was brought to their room. The room décor was fairly average. The wellness area is basically a few rooms where you can pay for a massage. During our stay we noticed that the hotel is 90 % geared toward German retirees. Overall, it was heavily overpriced. We have stayed at similar quality hotels for significantly less money.
