The place was peaceful, the staff were good, and the food felt homely and tasty. Unfortunately we were charged extra for the breakfast buffet: the counter price was 350 rs each, but through the website we were billed almost double, costing us at least 4000 rs extra for breakfast for four people over our two‑day stay.

The location is amazing, perfect for a leisurely and peaceful stay, and I would highly recommend it. The owner is also friendly.

The owner refused to let us check in even after confirming the reservation and visiting before the expected check‑in time; he told the staff not to allow us because we hadn’t paid in advance, so we couldn’t reach the property. I called several times but no one answered, and at the door the staff said it was sold out and that we had been given to someone else. There is no point in listing such properties since the portal’s USP is missing; property owners want advance money and provide pathetic service to users.

The food was fine, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly; the bed wasn’t changed until I asked, and I had to wait two hours. They had a family event going on, so most of the rooms were occupied by their family, which made things worse for paying guests. They should target a cheaper crowd and cut their prices in half because that’s what they can actually support.
