1. It's a double bedroom with two of us staying. They wouldn't give us two keys. 2. The bathroom curtains were missing. Installed after reminding 3. The staff, including reception, behave like government employees. Talk about policies and rules as if we are staying in a hostel. We don't feel treated as customers. 4.
