The proximity to the train station for visiting Palermo was convenient – 11 minutes away. In the evening you could relax in the pool. The room was musty and unpleasant, and the B&B showed little concern for guests.

Very good welcome, well‑located establishment and good breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

The building is surrounded by greenery yet close to all the amenities. The lady was very kind and gave us great tips on how to get around the area; I’ll definitely come back. The only flaw I could spot was the narrow side street that leads to the hotel, which might need improvement.

The rooms were nice, the lady was very friendly, breakfast was good, cleaning was fine, the bed was fine, and the dining area was very pretty. It’s close to the train station, 12 minutes to Palermo, and there’s no parking hassle in Palermo. The back alley to the B&B was very bad (though still passable with care). Unfortunately, bad weather turned the pool green, so we couldn’t swim; the pool furniture was quite old.

The staff were attentive, the breakfast terrace was nice, and overall the place stayed clean. The room had a section with a glass brick that let in daylight, making it impossible to block the light. Getting hot water was a challenge; it was barely warm, the shower soap dispenser was rusty, and there were some mold spots in the shower, which was disappointing. The room wasn’t well soundproofed and faced the kitchen/preparation area, so at about 7:30 am you could hear the staff setting up breakfast, though they tried to keep the noise to a minimum.
