Everything was as expected, and the customer service at the front desk and the dining room was great. This was on me. I love the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls, but this was not an Express.

It was solid—good, not great. We looked at a lot of reviews and this was highly rated, so we wondered why. It’s good. It would be helpful to know what services are offered upon check‑in, gym, pool, and restaurant hours that were different than posted. Breakfast was fine, a good hot breakfast, but there was no juice.

Guest services were awesome, room cleanliness was awesome, and the location was awesome. The beds were so hard that I had to seek a chiropractor the next morning to get an adjustment. The beds.
