The hotel sits in a convenient spot and the room is roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't eat breakfast on the premises, though there are cafés nearby. The hallways feel a bit dim and out of date.

The room’s size and the bathroom space were great, and the bathtub, which initially bothered me, ended up letting me enjoy a nice hot soak. The decor is outdated and dark, with red lights in the hallway labeling rooms. I felt uneasy as a lone woman in that place, especially since I only saw men around.

The room was very spacious, a touch old-fashioned but pleasant, with mirrors everywhere, even above the bed. The bathroom featured a corner whirlpool tub. The hotel is well located in central Andong, close to the Kyobo bus stop served by many lines, and the luggage service was available. Value for money was excellent. The reception was minimalist and not very friendly, perhaps due to a language barrier.

The hotel is well situated near buses and shops. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. After check‑out, they kept my luggage until my bus time. There was no switch next to the bed and I couldn’t find a remote for the light. I didn’t quite understand how the air conditioning worked.
