I booked a stay and ran into room issues that the hotel couldn't fix, so they offered a refund for the night we left early. They promised to send the money, but after a month of weekly emails I still haven’t received it.

The Wi‑Fi in my room was dead and the TV didn’t work for my husband, so the staff tried to repair it but couldn’t and the hotel was fully booked, meaning they couldn’t move us. They were kind and told us we could get a refund if we left early, so we did and they sent the money to our account, but we still haven’t seen the refund come through.
