Everything was friendly and clean, and I couldn’t find anything to dislike; everything was perfect.

The room was comfortable, and the shampoo, conditioner, and soap had a pleasant scent. The sheets, comforter, and pillows were nice, and breakfast offered a good variety. I did find a hair in my sheets when I pulled back the blanket, and the guests were loud. I was surprised to discover that the walls and floor were thin.

They had security walking around outside and served breakfast in the morning. When I got there, they told me I had no room because the system was overbooked, and then a staff member called someone to check on rooms while I and others waited in the lobby. It was around 11:15 pm, and I could hear the conversation and her asking if it was okay to put us in a room – I think it was room 400, but I’m not sure of the exact number. It was on the first floor all the way to the end. The shower was broken, which delayed me, and worse, they knew about this but were reluctant to put me in that room, yet no one said anything; the customer service was very poor.
