We stayed just for the night while traveling to visit family, and the room was perfect—clean, well‑appointed, with cool décor and a great downtown location; the customer service was fantastic, offering great dining suggestions, and the water, coffee, and snacks down the hall were exactly what we needed; definitely planning to return on future trips.

Staci was very helpful at check‑in, forwarding our contact info so she could text us the access code and answering calls to ensure we could enter; however, the description and pictures were misleading—our Hideout room had no windows, was very dark and uninviting, lacked a closet, chairs, or a sitting area, and only had two beds, an end table, and a closet rack; there was no microwave or coffee machine in the room, only shared ones down the hall, making it feel more like an Airbnb room than a boutique hotel.

The price was reasonable, but the electronics and TVs were lacking.

When we entered the room it was very clean and the staff quickly helped when the door code failed; the room had a nice color. We left for dinner and returned to a strong, odd smell that might have been bleach from a neighboring room; the room itself was the smallest I've ever stayed in, despite pictures making it look two or three times larger; it was overpriced and the outside door code was a hassle.

The value was good, but the TV selection was limited, the room was small with no fancy chair or table, the shower was clean but had weak water pressure, there was no on‑premise staff so any issue had to be reported by phone, though they responded quickly.
