Everything was excellent, especially Jonatan’s courteous and helpful service from the moment we arrived, providing all the necessary instructions for our stay; however, Booking offered an upgrade that didn’t give us a nice view, and when we asked for bags for wet clothes they said none were available because the hotel is eco‑friendly, yet the trash bins had nylon bags, which was inconsistent and missed a small opportunity to meet our need.

The views are undoubtedly the highlight of the hotel, and the surrounding scenery is spectacular, making the experience of enjoying the landscape from the property fantastic; we also appreciated the wide range of activities offered, which kept the stay engaging, and the inclusion of paddle‑surfing and kayaking is a big plus. On the downside, we felt that many items were charged as surcharges, except for a few activities like paddle‑surfing and kayaking, and we think some services could be more included given the price. We also missed greater flexibility at breakfast: the options seemed limited, and when we requested a simple change—adding a bit of ham to our eggs—we were told it would cost an extra $2–$3 per dish, which seemed excessive for such a minor tweak. Overall, breakfast could improve significantly in variety and flexibility.

The location is excellent with direct lake access and the hotel provides equipment to enjoy it; the staff is attentive and very professional, and we will return.
