“A nice dorm but not for all female guests to fit in”
The place is spotless, with modern amenities and all the kitchen tools you could need (fridge, microwave, hot water for tea and coffee, bowls, spoons, etc.). The staff are friendly. It’s in a great spot in CNX. The downside is that the door to the female dorm is a fridge door, and men and women share the same bathroom and toilet area, which can be inconvenient for women. Basically it’s a self‑service dorm; staff only show up on check‑in day to give basic help or recommendations. My six‑night stay felt safe. If female guests can tolerate those drawbacks, it’s a good dorm at a fair price right in Chiang Mai’s old city.
