A gorgeous hotel, an oasis in the heart of Ubud.

The property is great, very comfortable, and the rooms are of excellent quality. The staff were outstanding.

The hotel sits close to the center but on a quiet street, so traffic noise is minimal. The rooms on the upper floors are spacious, immaculate, and pleasant. Any issue I had was fixed quickly by the manager and the duty manager, and the staff did everything they could to satisfy guests. The breakfast service, however, was very slow even though there were at least seven waiters—what a slow‑food experience?

Walking from the hotel to the city center is very convenient, and the location right next to the forest edge is nice. The only downside was a damp smell that I think is unavoidable in this area.
