We arrived late on a motorcycle and the electric gate to the courtyard opened right away, letting us park our bike. Anna greeted us warmly, gave us a full orientation, and shared restaurant recommendations that turned out to be excellent. The room was brand‑new and modern, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was a typical Italian standard and fine. Walking to the city center takes only 10 minutes.
The room was quiet, spotless, comfortable, and spacious, decorated with taste and attention to detail. Anna is very kind and helpful, the location is perfect, and having parking on the premises is very useful. The only thing that would have been handy is a fridge in the room, but there is one available in the common area.
Close to both the train and the city center. Anna was a pleasant host. The room was nice and tidy. Breakfast had what you need. Parking on the property. No negatives.
