The location, halfway along the spiritual route, is a real advantage and breakfast was nice. After walking 27km to the hotel we just wanted to shower, soak our feet in the pool, and have cold beers, but the hotel doesn’t sell any alcohol, so we had to trek down to the little town and buy some from a local bar to bring back to the hotel… An evening meal at the hotel would have been great for walkers. The room price was 60 € cheaper on the day of arrival, but the hotel refused to give us that rate because we booked 6 months in advance at the higher rate, which I found unfair.
