The service was flawless, the café staff were friendly, the freshly made treats were delicious, and the cleanliness was impeccable—everything was perfect. When we entered the room, the mini‑fridge was off and there was water on the floor around it; the TV didn't work. I asked for a room change, but it wasn't possible. On the first day, the staff managed to get the TV working, but thereafter no one could make it work. During the World Cup we couldn't watch the news or match updates. At checkout I asked for a discount due to this issue and was attended to.
